New website!

Our old Frontpage site was lagging way behind the times so we are moving forward with a WordPress web presence. Enjoy…

  1. I recently heard from someone through Prog Archives that this band broke up and will not realease the cd. Has anyone heard this?

    • I have it on good authority that Oblivion Sun is very much still together and nearing completion of the new record. I’ve even been invited to a few of their sessions. The music is killer. Despite what you may have heard they’re pretty nice guys, and tolerate each other well.

  2. New issue of PROGRESSION MAGAZINE has Oblivioun Sun article and an awesome photo of the new cd forthcoming The High Places. Okay - yes, I am excited!

  3. Eagerly awaiting the new release… It is an autobuy to anyone from NorVa who remembers Happy The Man! Frank and Stanley are to be praised for continuing to produce quality music for a semi appreciative world.
You put it out, I’ll buy it and give it the best word of mouth advertising I can.

  4. Kevin,

Thanks so much. Both the CD and the LP versions of The High Places are getting manufactured as we speak. We are now finishing up three in-studio videos to be posted asap, and beginning rehearsals for our live show. We also just purchased a small mountain of new equipment to bring a quality show to fruition. We’re most eager to to get back out in front of an audience, and truly appreciate the anticipation of loyal fans like you.
